課程概述 |
The course is designed to assist students understand the concepts of leadership, and develop their knowledge and key skills in nursing management. The contents include leadership theory, nursing management and organization , thinking critically, making decision, solving problem, communicating effectively and project management ….etc. |

Objectives :
1. understand nursing management and organizations
2. understand nurse's leadership roles and management function
3. learn key skills in nursing management
4. understand the principles of project management
5. apply above concepts to analyze the management problems in nursing practice
